Missed period?
My period is 14 days late. I’m not taking any medication or contraceptives. The pregnancy test I took came out false. What could be the problem?

There are multiple causes for missed periods one of the most common being PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). I would advise you to meet the gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as an ultrasound to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help with regularizing your periods: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly (30-45mins/day) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation/tai-chi - Maintain a healthy body and diet (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
