Missed period Vaginal bleeding .

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello doctor. This is my second pregnancy . I had a missed period then tested faint positive after 3 days of missed periods.. then after that i got some vaginal bleeding and few tissues and cramping for 2 days on and off.. yesterday bleeding stopped and now im lactating. . Confused.. need ur kind advice.. afraid it is an abortion.. how to find out? If im still pregnant or got aborted.

You are very correct about your suspicions.you might be pregnant and then got spontaneously aborted.but it’s essential to see the hormones .so please check by serum beta HCG.
