Dear Doctor. i have got married a year ago. now i have missed my periods. my last period was on 6th April 2018. i have test at home itself my pregnancy result is negative. now a days i'm feeling very tired, sleepy.. mild constibution. slight bleeding.. lower abdominal pain. am i pregnant ??

Repeat a urine pregnancy test as these could be signs of pregnancy. Many times pregnancy test can be delayed positive. If still negative get yourself examined by a gynaecologist. An ultrasound may also be needed
