Missed periods
Hi my wife got periods on 5th-nov , She was expecting them on 4-5th december. Since we did not get them we did a pregnancy test on 6th and on 9th December both were urine based test and came out negative. We do follow protection and withdrawal methods so I am skeptical about pregnancy( but do not rule out) . She is really stressed about this. Kindly suggest anything that can be done it to ease it up for her. Planning to visit a doc soon But any remedy till then will be appreciated Thanks

Hello, Since both the pregnancy tests were negative, she is unlikely to be pregnant. Wait for her next periods to come.

Hi.... In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, mentrual irregularities occurs.. Periods can be delayed for a single cycle or it can be delayed in every cycle. If the delay is in only a single cycle, the most likely cause is a temporary cause like stress.
