Missed Periods
I had my baby a year back. I am on IUD for past 10 months.It works fine for me. My periods is missed by 2 days . Even i tried for a pregnancy test using kit on 30th day but its negative. i feel tired in Mornings . Will it be because of Contraceptive ? Do i need to check a gynecologist or wait for few more days can you please suggest
