Missed Periods - I Had Unprotected Sex On 2 Jan And After That I

I had unprotected sex on 2 jan and after that i take i pill and my last periods date is 23 dec after that i didn't get my periods till 5 feb and now i bleed on 5 feb just for one day is it normal or pragnancy test is required?
