I have missed my periods form last 3 months. I want some prescription to induce them as I am getting very weak as well. I am not sure it is because of acidity or what. But I would really like my periods anyhow.

Taking a prescription for periods will not solve the underlying problem for delayed menses. A complete evaluation is necessary. With testing for appropriate hormones and sonography and treating the underlying cause.
For example - Weakness with delayed menses can also happen in thyroid hormone problems.
Or it could be hormonal imbalance of PCOD.
If you have had regular periods always and this is one such episode of missed period, the diagnosis changes completely.
If there are chances of pregnancy, you need to check for that too.
You can take withdrawal bleeding and get your periods. On day2/3 of your periods get a full evaluation done.
To wait for 3 months to get your periods is not advisable. The amount of hormonal imbalance and damage created around and in your ovaries is something of concern.
Next Steps
Take progesterone withdrawal bleeding. Do a complete evaluation on day2/3 of periods.
