I'm not married neither I'm sexually active.
Last month I missed my periods and I took regestrone nd m2 tone for 5 days and my periods are still not here.

You need to wait for a week after finishing the course of regesterone for periods to start.
Also if your periods are becoming irregular its advisable to get done an ultrasound pelvis as baseline investigation of choice
