I missed my periods this month Im 10 days late now Had a prega news test And it is negative What should i do ? Please help

Do a beta hcg blood test to confirm that u r not pregnant. If negative u cn tk medication for inducing periods. However u need to investigate the cause of delayed periods if this irregularities persist later also
