Missed periods/ lower legs pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have my period cycle 25-30 september. I had sex on 9th oct. but i took i pill after that again on 15th oct. night but he didn't ejacuate inside so i didn't take any pill and after that i again had i pill on 24th oct. till now i m not having my periods and there is lower legs pain . I did home made pregnancy test through sugar. It seems positive. I m not understaing what it is ? Is this a sign of pregnancy or side effect of i pill. Please suggest me.
