Asked for Female, 33 Years

Me and my wife had sex thrice that is on 1, 5 9 April, her periods started from 5march to 10march. Now periods are delayed by 25days. We did pregnancy test and it was negative, last two months we didn't had sex and she put on weight of 7 kgs.Plz suggest what could be the reason thyroid or pregnancy

If pregnancy test s negative do a beta hcg blood test too. Although looks like more of a hormonal disturbance or pcos or thyroid disorders if she has gained 7kg recently. Consult directly for further management
