Missed my periods and got the positive in the prega news urine test kit, please suggest the procedure to discontinue the pregnancy

Consult with gynaecologist because I don't know how many pregnancy , it's possible or not by medicine so get done ultrasonography find out weeks of pregnancy and then decide..
