Missed periods - pregnant?

Asked for Female, 30 Years

We had unprotected sex on 16th April, it was 5th day of her periods. She took unwanted 72 within 48 hours and we thought it was all good. She has missed her periods and we did pregnancy test which came negative. Can she still be pregnant and what to do now to avoid this pregnancy?

Confirm again by blood test it is Bhcg more reliable and accurate.If this coming negative means no pregnancy .Take tablet for withdrawal after consulting to gynaecologist.
