Current scenario is making adults anxious so its understandable that it can be overwhelming for a child.Avoid watching too much negative news about covid with the kid around.Give them basic information about the pandemic.Ensure they feel safe and can communicate there worries.Anxiety in child may present differently then adults.Make a routine that's followed daily and keeps the child occupied. It can have things that child looks forward to.Above all spend quality time with the child during this phase.

Hi madam, it is advisable to have a fixed routine for all of you. It should include a quality time with the kid twice a day. Apart from that it is recommended to take turns to keep the child engaged with the kind of activities of her choice. If you have some open space within your compound area, you can engage the kid in outdoor activities in that safe zone. Also try to engage the kid in small household activities and encourage them for what they have done.
