Hi Doctor,
My name is Archana and I'm married.
My periods was supposed to be on 7th or 8th of this month. And it's been one week I didn't get my periods. We had unprotected sex in the of march and till now I didn't get my periods. I'm not expecting pregnancy. In the month of march I have faced over stress situation. Due to over thinking and over stress will miss or disturb the mensural cycle? I don't have any pregnancy symptoms so far. Please help me out.

Stress can delay your period. However, as you had unprotected sex it is wise, to rule out pregnancy doing a urine pregnancy test. After which, other causes can be evaluated.
