I m 21 yr old girl. I have missing my periods for today it was 2 months 24 days. Can you pls tell me what was the reason for missing periods. Thank you

If you are sexually active then first do pregnancy test. If it's negative then go for thyroid profile and ultrasound lower abdomen. Do not ignore missed periods
