Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had my periods on 3rd of April we had sex on 16 th of April and had unwanted 72 within 45 min again on 6 the of May we had sex and again had unwanted 72 today is 19 th of May no sign of period till now yesterday I did two pregnancy home test within 10 min span both are positive m very much scared m 21 years old should I do d hcg beta blood test and visit gynocologist and can it be aborted by medicine only? Please reply
