Last year in October I got the Nexplanon birth control implant in my arm. I didn't get it for sexual reasons so I haven't been sexually active the whole time since I've had the birth control. I'm anemic and before my periods were extremely and abnormally heavy so that's why I got the implant. My first period after I got the implant was extremely light and so were the following. Around the time in February my period started and it was still light, it just lasted for over a month and I'm used to it lasting about four days. My cycle during this time was very light though, light enough to where I didn't have to wear protection it would just show up on the tissue when I used the bathroom. Eventually it stopped but then tiny blood clots started to come out along with my discharge. It never really got normal to no clots at all ever since then but it got to the point where I can't even really notice it until I wipe myself while using the bathroom.
