I am sufering from Azospermia (nil sperms).What are chances of mine of recovering.I dont want to opt for IVF techniques.

Recovering from azoospermia is a challenge and the chances depend on the cause of the problem. Restoration of spermatogenesis is possible in some cases such as post-testicular block, while it is impossible in cases like Sertoli-cell-only syndrome. You need investigations to identify the exact causes, and to assess the chances of success. In terms of efficacy and good success rate, IVF from YOUR aspirated sperms, is often a good choice (If spermatogenesis is present or can be induced).
