Mitral valve proplapse
I really had tough time since two years.Lost my job,family problems and so on.Couldnt come out from that.Some times i feel crushing sensation in chest area.Before three years I was diagnosed with mild mitral valve prolapse.I didnt took any medication for that.Sometimes i am suffering from mild pain but not for more than two week.want to know whther this chest pain is related with stress or mvp.At night time i feel more depressed and anxious and even behave worse or ultimately ends in tears.and my close one suggesting that am psychologically abnormal.which step i should take

Please take counselling for stress management. Do some yoga and read some religious books. Regarding MVP don't bother much. Many people have silent MVP and they lead normal life without any problem. Do annual ECHO. Your pain is mostly fibromyalgia. Please consult rheumatologist. Regards.
