Mobile tooth after opening braces
There was a gap in between the incisors of my tooth in the upper jaw. My lower jaw is protruded not the tooth. Dr. Avik Sen (Sishu Mangal) suggested braces for both the jaws. I have gone through it for 1 and half years. Now there is no gap in the upper jaw. A I have no problem of tooth in the lower jaw, but due to forceful pushing by the braces on the tooth one or two tooth become mobile. Doctor told me that by using the retainer for 2 years it will set. Is it possible?

The orthodontist who has done the clinical evaluation is a better judge for such a query. Else you can post your latest X-rays so that a more rational opinion can be provided from our side. Regards
