I have a small cyst inside lower lip since 2 weeks. I have visited dentist and advised me to get it removed surgery as it is mocucele. Is it very common problem for anyone? And how advisable is the removal? And do I get any scar left behind after surgery

Yes, you must got for a removal. Is it not very common but at the same time it is not considered a major surgery. It's treated well under local anesthesia and it is not painful at all. Lasers is also an option.
