Lasers can be tried , deep Moles my give you scar but if Moles are superficial on the skin , they can give you very less or no scar, it depends on the skill of the doctor but definitely no body will assure you that it would not give scar , but in our practice techniques are followed so that minimal postoperative scar is left . Radio frequency or laser can be done. Scar depends upon the size, depth of the mole. Doctors skill is another factor which is important for scar.

Usual methods for mole removal are Radiofrequency surgery or Laser surgery .What ever methods you use there will be some scar left as the mole arises from a deeper level of the skin.It is a myth that Lasers produce scar less mole removal.
Next Steps
The eventual scar depends on the size and depth of the mole.In small lesions you may not have any visible scar ,but if the depth of the lesion is more then scar is inevitable
