Moles like brown spot appearing

In my hand and face i am seeing a brown spot like mole not sure wheather it appears suddenly . As now there is more time to evaluate ourself i have noticed.I am having a fair skin.Is there anything serious.Can go out and visit dermatologist in this panademic situation.Attaching pic for the reference.Kindly advise
