Montek lc withdrawal

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Used montek lc for past 2 and half months. Now I feel alright so I stopped using past 3 days. I have light suffocation and whole body itching. Is there a natural remedy or I have to keep using it for lifetime. I don't have any history of ashthma or other lung problems.
