Monthly cycle
I have missed my monthly cycle by a week. Have done UPT at home and the result is negative. Not sure why this is happening. And what should i do

You can wait and watch for another 1week or 10days to get your period. Or you can take hormonal medications to get your period. But we need to know some other details about you before prescribing any test or medications.
