Monthly cycle related issue
24, unmarried on 100mg hypothyroid medication. Recently started excessive exercising. Had my date due on 28th, spotting on 27th. Confused till date if it is spotting or light period. In extreme panic and anxiety. Please assist.

Nothing much to worry. In hypothyroidism there could be distrubed periods.
