Body and mind are interlinked. If physical body gets disturbed, the mind gets disturbed too and vice versa. You can't keep your mood in good condition while you have stress and anxiety. It's good that you understood that your stress and anxiety are disturbing your good mood.

spending time for yourself- activities in which you're really interested will boost your mood. see if you have proper, deep sleep.good sleep is definitely a mood-booster. do some simple possible  exercises.it will release good mood enhancing harmones like

Hello practo user Stress and anxiety can hamper our overall mood and cause disturbances in our day to day living . It is suggested that you can try and engage yourself in various activities throughout the day which make you happy , it could also mean enrolling in some hobby class which you always wanted to. Regular exercise can help increase dopamine which in turn makes our mood better and it's beneficial for our overall health and well being . Spending quality time with close family members and friends can also help you distract yourself from stressful situations and thoughts . Deep breathing and meditation can also calm the mind . Maintain a healthy lifestyle and get proper sleep . It is advisable that you seek help from a mental health professional for a better understanding and learning of positive and healthy coping strategies and skills for the same.
