Mood fluctuations
I have been overthinking about everything lately. I cry on very stupid issues and cry a lot. I feel unworthy, useless and a burden. I feel like a failure. I hate waking up in the morning and sleep for hours. I am fine when I am surrounded by people but cannot stay alone.

You yourself have said the immediate solution. Please stay with people who understand you. Engage in physical exercise. Have good food. Certainly you will have to talk to a psychologist to get a long term solution for it.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
