Mood issues
I'm having mood swings almost everyday...i feel anxious, angry, scared, low, somtimes happy...i have a great fear of abandonment...like its a kind of phobia for me...i keep on asking my best friend everyday "you'll not leave me?" i get really scared, anxious, depressed with this thought...im not able to eat and sleep properly...i'm getting vivid dreams...i wake up 2-3 times during my sleep just because to these dreams...i get severe headache because of this stress...i feel very lonely...empty...sometimes i doubt for who i am...i feel so worthless...burden on everybody...nobody tries to understand me...i get suicidal thoughts somtimes...i engage my self into self harm...im really stressed.
