Hiii.. I am 16 yrs old. I am suffering from constant headache n driziness since last Yr n since last year I have increased a lot of weight. I have family issues due to which I can't consult any councillor. I stay in a state of melancholy the whole day. I feel like crying whole day. I don't like to talk to anyone. I am lacking interest in almost every thing. Can u plz suggest something from which I can self heal myself and what's wrong with me???

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. I can understand your suitation. Appreciate you for having analyzed your problem and keen to address it through self help. With this attitude, you can surely overcome from your problems. You weight gain is linked to depression. When you are depressed you will have food carving and gain weight. So the solution for you is to overcome depression first. You need to reduce your negative thoughts and , bring some eating discipline. First thing and best thing you need to do is create positivity in your thoughts. For self help, Suggest you to watch affirmative video of "Louise hay" and practice those techniques. All the best.
