Mood swings, migraine, pain elsewhere
I do not feel 100% myself anymore, all I am thinking about is sleep and eating. I keep getting stabbing pains in my chest and lower abdomen. My mood is constantly changing and I am always feeling low.

Can you please describe about your mood little more, do you feel sad or anxious. And it is true that sometimes due to stress and psychological issues, physical symptoms come in body as our mind and body are connected with each other. And also do some relaxation. How is your sleep and appetite.
