Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite tough time for you. We need a detailed evaluation and a detailed history about his symptoms. For eg, whether this had been a recent change or it has been an ongoing part of his personality. If possible talk to him and encourage him to see a psychiatrist in person for an evaluation and Treatment. If he does not listen to you, you can probably request someone in the family who he is close to like his parents to talk to him . It must be stressful for you.please do take dare of yourself as he will need a lot of support from you. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
