Morning sore throat, and sneezing
Mornings when I wake up , I always have dry,sore throat and most of the time my nose is also blocked, I have started sneezing a lot from few days, also eye infections at times not sure if it is related. This is happening from over 4 months now.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit.
