From past 2 weeks of most of the food I eat tastes/smells fishy(I am vegan). From past 5 days I have started to brush twice a day and use mouth wash regularly, the taste seems to be improving, but still most of the foods seems to smell fishy. Is this something to be concerned about?

If there were no recent changes in your diet, you dont have gastric reflux, sounds like fish odour syndrome which isnt a problem as such. But few changes in your diet and supplements may help if it is.Do see a general practitioner
