She has entered in seven months pregnancy. DOD is 20/08/20. before pregnancy mother weight was 65 kg but after first month of pregnancy, it is stable at 61 kg. not gaining any weight, is it normal. Please guide the proper diet and medicines if any. However baby weight was 500 gm at 22 weeks of pregnancy.
Mother feel hungry in every one hour but even taking food in less quantity, it feels she has taken much food and feels un comfortable. Please guide the solution.

In pregnancy normal weight gain should be around 10-12 kg spread over 40 weeks .
She needs to take unienzyme thrice a day
Tab pantoparazole d once a day throughout pregnancy
Sometimes baby gains weight even if mother does not show much gain therefore check on repeat ultrasound to see weight gain y the baby
Ideal weight gain during pregnancy in normal BMI patient:
1st trimester: 0-1kg
2nd trimester: 5kg
3rd trimester : 5kg
It may vary if patient is thin (Low BMI) or Obese (High BMI)

Mango rice
Tomato rice
1 egg daily
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day
Take bananas with milk in shakes twice a day

Hi. In preg regular increase in weight is must for proper growth of baby . Increase the protein in diet like Dals , paneer , eggs .can eat every hour as she feels comfortable . Start a protein supplement with milk twice a day .
