Motion After Every Feed - Hi My Son Is 6 Months Old. We Recently

Hi my son is 6 months old. We recently changed his diet to aavin milk(4.5% fat). After every feed he goes motion. It cannot be classified as loose motion since sometimes it is semi solid. Please suggest remedy
