  4. Motion problem. Digestion is not proper.

Motion problem
I feel my digestion is not proper. Urges to go 3-4 times a day. Now a days its fear to eat outside feels like as i eat i will have to tend to go for motion. Also little tingering feeling always. Motion is not hard though. Bt i feel my digestion is not proper.

Sometimes gastritis in causes symptoms some infections can cause. Sometimes our intestines behave in irritable manmer called as irritable bowel syndrome.
