  4. Motion problems. For me please suggest!

I am 44 years working woman, when i get tension i need go for motion i am unable to control some times to avoid this i am taking sporelac everyday , some times taking metrogil, today along with these taken normet too then i got skin irritation..how to control this already approached many doctors but no use for me please suggest

Consult a gastro surgeon. U might  be having loose anal sphincters
