Motion Sickness
I have a car journey of 10 hours for a trip. At max, I can bear 1 hour in a car, auto or bus. After that I get dizziness, headaches, vomiting. After 5 hours, I get vomiting even if I haven't eaten anything. Are there any meds that can help me relax? If there are other methods, then please suggest. Whom should I consult- ENT or general physician or any other specialist? Thanks a lot.

Yes,there are medicines available. U can take cinnarizine before the trip. Focusing the eyes on objects straight ahead may help. Avoid overeating, alcohol and smoking before travel. Sit in the front seat of the car.
