I am suffering from 20 days from mouth and tounge ulcers.i have morning sickness vand muscle pain.i attached my picture and blood test report

as other 3 doc said you start with vitamins supplement and ulcer ointment, for your muscle pain if its in jaw show it to oral surgeon and if its else where in body show it orthopedician
