Mouth burn
My bottom lips are burning wherever i eat or drink warm stuff and throat pain. Even if i eat chips that time also it burns.

It seems that you are having some ulcers on the inside of ur lower lips along with some throat infection.
Next Steps
Go and see a dentist for a better/confirmed diagnosis. He/she might also give u an antibiotic course to treat the throat infection.
Health Tips
Meanwhile, do warm saline rinses 4-5 times daily.
Also, u can apply zytee gel on the ulcers, 10-15 mins prior to any meal.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
OTC medication is not recommended.
