1- Quit your bad habits completely 2-Just do the physiotherapy(opening your mouth widely and closing it very fastly and frequently) 3-Blowing the balloons(one more easy physiotherapy tact) 4-Take balanced diet,eats lots of green leafy veggies and fruits and drink plenty of water 5-Take multivitamins tablets like(SM fibro)along with some vitamin E and A

May b u need to relax and open your mouth.. Either u can't open mouth due to some stiffness in ur cheek or some infection... Visit nearby dentist as early as possible
