Hello mam, Ulcers in the mouth are caused due to certain gastro intestinal problems . It may also be due to dehydration so please add on liquids in your diet like take lots of water ,  fresh juices, tender coconut water . Treatment apply Dolo gel  and add on vitamin B tablets.

Hello, The symptoms what you are projecting are mainly features of dehydration and may be associated throat and upper GI infection... Nothin to worry... Take vitamin B-complex tablet... preferably Neurobion forte..2 tabs perday Apply Dologel-CT for mouth ulcers or boils for instanr relief Do luke warm salt water gargle 2-3 times a day If the symptoms persists after doing all this after 2 days... Please contact a physician
