I've been smoking weed for one year already and I decided to try something heavier which is called dab. then my throat got really hurt and know the top of my mouth is white and there's a yellow thing over the whiteness, what it could be?

Chronic exposure to smoke can lead to injury to mucosa of your throat. It can also lead to discoloration and pigmentation. Sometimes it may also lead to premalignant conditions such as leukoplakia which needs to be sent for biopsy
