Ive been having red bumps in the roof of my mouth with white patches spreading all over my mouth. i took azithromycin and cefuroxime axetil but no response/improvement.

White patches in the mouth may be fungal infection such as oral candidiasis. You should consult nearby ENT specialist for examination of your mouth and swab to rule out fungus. Once ruled out appropriate treatment can be planned
