Mouth is not opening.

Asked for Female, 50 Years

Hello Sir, My mother is suffering from the problem of submucous fibrosis. The problem has become worse as she is unable to eat anything. Also her mouth is contracted to the extent that not even a single finger can be inserted there. Can you please suggest me the best doctor or surgeon for her treatment?
