Mouth Not complete Open due tu Gutka
My brother not properly opening the complete mouth. He chew Gutka from last 1 year. He has asthema also. Pls suggest a medicine for helping to open his mouth and his voice is not too clear as previously . He tries many times to avoid but helpless

gutka eating mucosa of mouth  specially cheeks are affected.  depending  on severety  of condition  treatment  is given.  visit a dentist for clinical  examination.
