  4. Mouth ulcer. If fine no other issues?

Mouth ulcer
8 days before accidently cut my inner lips while eating now it becomes ulcer, I applied Orasore gel but not much relef. Please suggest treatment, bowl movement if fine no other issues

It will heal naturally ,take vit c 500mgm and folvite 5mgm for one week.
