If only in back of teeth may be due to wisdom teeth eruption problem.If not due to wisdom teeth plz visit oral pathologist and get saliva test done ..There are different reason of mouth ulcers.

you can do baking soda in water rinses as a home remedy. this will help to heal your ulcers. you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. take supplements for it if required.

Mouth ulcers can be caused by a variety of reasons.Recurrent apthous ulcers are the variety that I am suspecting in your case.Topical preparations including Rexidine M, Clohex gel or mucopain ointment are helpful for controlling the symptoms.Vitamin supplements containing zinc helps.Visit a medical or Dental practioner to identify the cause and treat it accordingly.

Do you have a hibit if smoking, chewing tobacco, betel nut or anything else?
If yes, then quit. You can apply oraways buccal paste to the affected area twice a day for 5 days and tab. Health OK once a day after food for 10 days.
